What’s new

Every ship, in plain language. Newest first.

  1. New

    Rage & dead clicks

    • Heatmaps and the overview now surface frustration signals: rage clicks (rapid repeat-clicks in one spot) and dead clicks (clicks that do nothing).
    • A new “Frustration signals” list ranks the elements your visitors fight with most.
    • Heatmaps gained a date-range filter (last 24h / 7d / 30d / all time).
  2. Privacy

    Data control, end to end

    • Delete-on-request: erase an individual session’s replay and analytics in one click, for GDPR erasure requests.
    • Replay retention is now enforced per plan (7 / 30 / 90 days) — your data isn’t kept longer than promised.
    • Hardened the public ingestion endpoint against abuse (per-key rate limits and payload caps).
  3. Improved

A new look, and a more generous free tier

    • Refreshed the entire product with a cleaner, faster interface.
    • The free tier now includes 5,000 sessions a month — enough to actually see something before you pay.
    • Privacy is front and centre: your visitors’ data is never used to train a model or build an ad profile.
  4. Launched

    Heetsesh v1

    • Session replay, click heatmaps, and a clicks dashboard — from a single script tag.
    • Accounts, projects, and API keys with one-time reveal and rotation.
    • Plans and billing (Free / Starter / Pro) with per-account session limits.
    • Do Not Track honoured and inputs masked by default.
