This Refund Policy applies to paid Heetsesh subscriptions.
If you are not satisfied with your first purchase of a paid plan, you can request a full refund within 14 days of that purchase. Email us from your account email address and we will refund you.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. You keep access to your paid features until the end of your current billing period.
After the initial 14-day window, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or plan downgrades. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Payments and refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
Email support@heetsesh.com from your account email with the charge you would like refunded, and we will take care of it.
