These Terms of Service (the Terms) govern your access to and use of Heetsesh (the Service), operated by Chukwuka Daniel Ibejih, based in Nigeria (we, us, our). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Heetsesh is a privacy-first website analytics product. It provides session replay, heatmaps, funnels, traffic sources, and related features that help you understand how visitors use your website.
You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it without authorization, or use it to collect data unlawfully. Because Heetsesh records visitor activity on the websites where you install it, you are responsible for having a lawful basis and for giving appropriate notice to your visitors under the laws that apply to you and to them. Heetsesh masks form inputs by default and honours Do Not Track, but the responsibility for lawful and transparent tracking on your site remains yours.
The analytics data you collect through Heetsesh belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the Service. You can delete an individual session or erase all data for a visitor from your dashboard at any time. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record. Prices may change with notice, and any change applies from your next billing cycle. You are responsible for any taxes shown at checkout.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You can cancel at any time and keep access to paid features until the end of your current paid period. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms.
We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we may modify or discontinue features over time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material we will make reasonable efforts to notify you. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
